Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Air Or Sea Freight Operations based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating with Customers, Shipping Lines , and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering training to junior staff. The role aims to streamline operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Export documentation and processes
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding in Air Or Sea Freight
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
  • Bachelor's degree , preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
