About the Role

Airport Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the on-ground operations team at the airport.
Ensure smooth and efficient pick-up/drop-off processes with minimal delays.
Monitor team performance and maintain high service standards.
Handle escalations and resolve customer/partner issues with professionalism.
Coordinate with Airport Authorities, CISF, and other stakeholders for smooth daily operations.
Ensure 100% compliance with airport rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and analyze operational performance.
Track competitor activities and suggest improvements to maintain market leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Aviation, Hospitality, or related field.
35 years of experience in operations, ground handling, hospitality, or customer service.
Minimum 1–2 years of team-leading or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language).
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel/reporting tools.
