Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Airport Ground Staff (Customer Service Associate) located in Nagpur. The position involves assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding. The CSA will also provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage passenger inquiries and complaints. Some work from home is acceptable.

• Basic IT and computer skills
• Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
