Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff (CSA). As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival gates
Handle and tag baggage and ensure its safe and timely delivery
Assist passengers with special needs or requests
Conduct security screenings and adhere to all safety protocols
Communicate flight updates and information to passengers
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth operation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
