Airport Ground Staff (CSA)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff (CSA). As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as resolving any customer inquiries or issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Check passengers’ tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if necessary
• Knowledge of local languages and familiarity with airport operations is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required during peak travel periods.
