Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff (Customer Service Agent), you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of passengers and their baggage at the airport. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in providing a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid
Handle and tag baggage according to airline procedures
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew and flight crew, to ensure the smooth operation of flights
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and airport personnel
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be physically able to lift and move heavy baggage
