Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Airline Ground Crew at Flying Zone Academy

located in ALL OVER INDIA with some work from home flexibility.

The Ground Crew will be responsible for passenger service duties, including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and addressing passenger inquiries.

Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to passengers with special requirements, ensuring the safety and security of the aircraft and its occupants, and coordinating between various airport departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 10-12 Pass can also apply for this job
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle stressful situations
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with airport operations software
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in aviation or hospitality fields are beneficia
