Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ground Crew member at Flying Zone Academy. The Ground Crew will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including assisting with aircraft preparation, coordinating flight schedules, providing customer service to passengers, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground. The role is based in Mumbai,Chandigarh,Pune,Kochi,Keral,Jammu & Kashmir. with some opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic Computer Literacy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
• 10 to 12 and graduate also apply .High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in aviation or related field preferred
