Job Description

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize airline ticket sales and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, occupancy rates, and average revenue per flight.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, travel agents, and customers.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices in the airline industry.
Experience with yield management tools and software is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions.
