Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for airline clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with airline revenue assurance.
Conduct thorough analysis of airline ticketing systems and reservation processes to optimize revenue assurance procedures.
Provide expert guidance on airline revenue assurance best practices to internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs within the airline revenue assurance process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant parties.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of airline operations, including ticketing systems, reservation processes, and fare construction.
Experience with revenue assurance principles, including rate tables, rule sets, and exception handling procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
