Graduate – Mechanical Engineering

Primary Skills

• Experience in development of Airbags or Seat belts
• Knowledge on NCAP , Crash regulations , Airbags testing knowledge
• Must handle Airbag projects & experience in dealing with customer 
• Perform Airbag system design & component design using CATIA V5 with PLM experience
• Analyze Airbag System requirements and prepare compliance matrix for customer RFI/RFQ’s
• Manage project risks proactively & communicate them with stakeholders
• Proven and effective communication, analytical, initiative and execution skills.
• Work experiance  in product life cycle (including plant activities)

Secondary Skills

• Execute Airbag system performance requirements based on customer requirements. 
• Strong problem-solving ability and good communication & coordination skills 
• Good understanding of crash dynamics and safety system. 
• Initial root cause analysis for field & in plant issues for Airbags 

Responsibility

• Responsible for prioritizing and communicating the customer requirements different teams & stakeholders
• Tracking the progress of activites with all the team members & consolidating the status
• Participate in the design discussions of OEM 
• Present design solutions to OEMs
• Lead the technical design discussions with OEMs, choose/guide them with right solution
• Coordinate all stages of project development, from initial concept to final product (SOP)
• Conduct team meetings with all the teams and set them to achieve the common project objectives
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises/risks, plan contingency.
• Participate in customer and organization specific audits with required artifacts
