What You’ll Do:

• Architect & Build from Scratch: Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-grade AI/ML platform that becomes the backbone for innovation across the company.
• Solve Complex, Real-World Problems: Tackle challenging business scenarios that require advanced machine learning, knowledge representation, and automation—problems that matter at scale.
• Drive End-to-End AI Solutions: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI systems—from data ingestion, model training, and knowledge graph construction to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Engineering Excellence: Define and enforce best practices in ML Ops, CI/CD, testing, and model governance for scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Partner with cross-functional experts across domains, while mentoring and elevating engineering talent to build a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Think Long Term: Contribute to a multi-year journey aimed at fundamentally reshaping business processes and customer experience through intelligent automation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep Technical Expertise: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading AI/ML initiatives in production environments. Exposure to Data Science will be ana added advantage
• AI/ML Mastery: Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models and ML Ops frameworks.
• Knowledge Representation: Strong background in knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and graph technologies.
• Engineering Leadership: Skilled in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• NLP & Advanced Techniques: Familiarity with natural language processing, document comparison, and semantic analysis.
• Collaboration & Influence: Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
