AI/ML Engineering Lead

You will be joining as an AI/ML Engineering Lead to lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Generative AI Engineers focusing on automotive and manufacturing industry solutions. Your role will involve driving AI-driven transformation in engineering domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a specialized team of Machine Learning Engineers and Generative AI Engineers - Utilize expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn for Machine Learning & Deep Learning applications - Work on computer vision, time series forecasting, and simulation analysis - Engage in Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines for Generative AI & LLMs - Implement end-to-end AI solutions, scale models to production, and optimize performance - Lead teams on computer vision solutions and conversational AI for engineering operations - Ensure adherence to AI ethics, model governance, and regulatory compliance in engineering domains **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years in software development with 5+ years in ML/AI leadership, preferably in automotive or manufacturing - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn for Machine Learning & Deep Learning - Experience with Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines for Generative AI & LLMs - Knowledge of CAD, CAE, PLM software and structured/unstructured engineering data - Strong understanding of AI ethics, model governance, and regulatory compliance - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent - Master's degree in AI/ML or related engineering field preferred If you are excited about the opportunity to lead AI-driven transformation in the automotive and manufacturing industry, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, we look forward to hearing from you and potentially having you join our team.,
