About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer



🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and deploy

    ML models using industrial data

    (SCADA, sensor logs, PLC time series, etc.)
  • Collaborate with automation and instrumentation teams to

    understand plant processes

    and design relevant use cases
  • Create predictive maintenance models (for pumps, valves, drives, etc.)
  • Work on

    computer vision use cases

    (e.g., product inspection, leakage detection)
  • Design and develop

    dashboards

    and integrate ML insights into Goose's automation systems
  • Conduct

    PoCs and pilot projects

    at customer sites
  • Document and present use cases and findings internally and externally



🧩 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Python

    ,

    NumPy

    ,

    Pandas

    ,

    Scikit-learn

    ,

    TensorFlow/PyTorch

  • Experience in

    time-series analysis

    ,

    anomaly detection

    , or

    predictive modeling

  • Familiarity with

    OpenCV

    or other computer vision tools
  • Understanding of

    edge computing

    and cloud integration (optional but preferred)
  • Basic exposure to industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) is a

    plus

  • Experience with

    SQL

    ,

    NoSQL

    , and data visualization tools like

    Plotly, Dash, or Power BI



🎓 Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of relevant industry or academic experience in AI/ML
  • Industrial/IoT/SCADA data experience will be an added advantage
