Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, ML frameworks, and real-time data processing tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Strong Python programming and ML pipeline development skills
• Experience with real-time data tools (e.g., Kafka)
• Proven ability to productionize, optimize, and monitor ML models
• Collaboration with data engineering teams for data preparation and consistency

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with object storage solutions (MinIO/S3)
• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models at scale
• Optimize model performance and ensure high availability in production
• Build and maintain ML pipelines with robust monitoring
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency
