Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Gurgaon/Hybrid. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing Build end-to-end ML pipelines – from data prep to production deployment. Apply time-series forecasting, recommendation systems, fraud detection, NLP & optimization to real business problems. Collaborate with product, sales, and domain teams to turn raw data into actionable insights. Deploy models at scale using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining). Experiment, evaluate, and optimize models for real-time and large-scale use cases. Key Skills Strong Python + ML/DL stack (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, XGBoost, Transformers). Experience in forecasting, recommendation, anomaly/fraud detection, customer analytics. Hands-on with any MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.) will be a plus. Comfortable with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and production deployment (REST APIs, microservices).
