About the Role

AI/ML Engineer

Vision AI

Facial Recognition, Video Analytics, Traffic Intelligence, and Vision-Language AI features

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy

  AI/ML models

  for real-time computer vision applications.
• Build and optimize algorithms for:
• Facial recognition
• Object detection & tracking
• People counting
• Activity recognition
• Video analytics pipelines
• Implement and fine-tune

  SLMs/LLMs

  , including:
• Vision-language systems
• Prompt engineering
• Embedding-based retrieval
• Model integration into product workflows
• Develop Python-based production AI modules using OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with software & product teams to integrate AI modules into live systems.
• Research state-of-the-art advancements in

  Vision AI

  ,

  Generative AI

  ,

  Transformer models

  , and

  multimodal AI

  .
• Optimize models for edge devices and server deployments.

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technical Skills

• 4–5 years

  of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in

  Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition

  .
• Advanced programming skills in

  Python

  and libraries: OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in

  Deep Learning

  (CNNs, RNNs, Autoencoders, Transformers).

SLM/LLM Expertise

• Practical experience with

  Small Language Models (SLMs)

  and

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  .
• Hands-on with:
• LLaMA, GPT, Mistral, Gemma, Claude, or similar models
• Vision-Language or Multimodal models (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, SAM, OpenAI Vision models)
• Fine-tuning, LoRA, prompt engineering
• Building retrieval-augmented systems
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases is a plus.
  

Analytical & ML Skills

• Strong foundation in

  Statistics, Data Analysis

  , and predictive modeling.
• Experience building and integrating real-time inference pipelines.
  

Additional Skills

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to write clean, modular, production-grade code.
