AI/ML Developer

We are seeking 3+ year experienced AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning and AI models. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end ML pipelines and contribute to scalable AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML & deep learning models
• Build complete ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and predictive analytics projects
• Design and implement AI-powered applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, RAG systems)
• Integrate LLMs, work with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Deploy and monitor models using cloud platforms and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, DevOps)
• Research and implement innovative AI solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama), and AI APIs
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
• Hands-on experience in MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithms
• Experience in API development and microservices architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Varachha, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
