Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Surat (Onsite Only)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UI/UX, testers, etc.) to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques to improve performance and accuracy.
Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models.
Document processes, experiments, and results for continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and model deployment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.

Nice to Have

Experience in MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
Publications or projects in AI/ML competitions (Kaggle, Hackathons, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
