About the Role We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with a strong background in product development to join our in-house team. This role goes beyond experimentation. You will be directly contributing to building and scaling AI-powered SaaS products that impact thousands of users. From ideation to production, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent features into our products. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop ML/AI models that can be integrated into our SaaS products • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define AI-driven features and ensure smooth integration into applications • Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and deployment • Work with structured and unstructured data including text, images, video, and behavioral data • Optimize models for real-world performance, scalability, and low-latency environments • Maintain ML models in production including monitoring, retraining, versioning, and A/B testing • Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP and propose new applications for product improvement • Document technical approaches and best practices for knowledge sharing Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in applied ML/AI with hands-on product deployment • Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face • Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring • Prior exposure to AI-powered SaaS development or product features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data pipeline tools • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills Nice to Have • Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and RAG-based LLM systems • Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes • Exposure to AI in HRTech, Productivity SaaS, or Workflow Automation products • Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work What We Offer • Opportunity to build real SaaS products with AI at the core • Exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML and LLM applications • Collaborative startup-like environment with fast execution • Competitive compensation with performance-linked growth Ownership of features from concept to production
