Role Overview

AI & Full Stack Developer

You will collaborate closely with the Director at Techno Smart, along with the Project Manager and QA team based in Vadodara, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and integrate AI features (chatbots, voice agents, analytics tools).
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Implement APIs for AI services (NLP, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, recommendation systems).
• Optimize AI workflows for

  scalability, security, and performance

  .
• Translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain applications using

  Next.js, Node.js, React, and JavaScript

  .
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Deploy and manage applications on

  AWS (EC2, Lambda, Bedrock, S3)

  .
• Use

  Docker

  for containerization and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with the

  on-site Project Manager and Tester in Vadodara

  .
• Participate in Agile practices such as sprint planning and code reviews.

Nice to Have

• Python for AI workflows.
• Experience with

  RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, or real-time AI integrations

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years

  of experience in full-stack software development and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, React, Node.js, Next.js

  .
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock).
• Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with

  Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working with remote and cross-functional teams.
