Job Title: Business Development Executive – Barcode, RFID & Automation Solutions Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Company Overview: We are a fast-growing technology company specializing in Barcode, RFID, IoT, and Process Automation solutions for industries such as Retail, Aviation, Logistics, and Manufacturing. We are expanding our business development team to strengthen our reach and customer engagement across key regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Barcode, RFID, and automation solutions. Build strong relationships with decision-makers in retail, manufacturing, aviation, and logistics sectors. Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to propose tailored solutions. Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calls, trade events, and digital outreach. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demos. Follow up on inquiries, submit proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover and execution. Key Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Barcode/RFID/IoT/automation domains. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of technical products and ability to grasp solution architecture. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently. Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Engineering, or any relevant field. MBA (Marketing/Sales) is a plus but not mandatory. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
