Job Description

AI Workflow Automation Specialist who designs, builds, and maintains automated systems using AI and workflow tools


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows
  • Build end-to-end workflows using tools like 

    n8n

     or similar
  • Automate content, data processing, publishing, reporting, or internal operations
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools into workflows
  • Identify manual processes and convert them into automated systems
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize existing workflows
  • Document workflows and automation logic clearly
  • Continuously improve systems for reliability, speed, and scale


Required Skills


  • Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts
  • Experience with tools like 

    n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar

  • Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Familiarity with AI tools and models in automation workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly


Preferred Skills


  • Experience integrating LLMs into workflows
  • Basic scripting or coding knowledge
  • Experience with databases or spreadsheets in automation
  • Understanding of error handling and workflow reliability
  • Experience scaling or maintaining production automations
