AI Workflow Automation Specialist

We’re now seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end automation systems that make our processes smarter, faster, and more reliable.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate business processes across recruitment, HR, SaaS, and marketing operations.
• Integrate third-party APIs, chatbots, and AI models into existing platforms (Laravel/PHP, Python microservices, etc.).
• Build automation pipelines for data processing, notifications, and AI task orchestration.
• Automate real-time news and updates fetching from the internet across different topics.
• Create workflows to publish news snippets (with one image) to all social media channels and simultaneously generate full blog articles for the website.
• Implement social media marketing automation for content scheduling, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize workflow performance for speed and reliability.
• Document workflows, create SOPs, and ensure scalability for enterprise use.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in workflow automation (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n, Airflow, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML model integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines, etc.).
• Hands-on coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript (bonus: Laravel/PHP).
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and VPS server deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with social media automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Problem-solver mindset, able to translate business processes into automated workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in recruitment tech or HR SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and real-time AI pipelines.
• Background in digital marketing automation (email, ads, SEO).
• Exposure to frontend-backend integration of AI modules.
