Your responsibilities will include: - Operations & Automation (40%): Identify and automate repetitive tasks across support, sales, and internal operations using AI APIs, Zapier/Make, LangChain, or lightweight scripting. Take charge of essential tools for Scouto's smooth functioning. - Customer Success & Support (20%): Oversee onboarding processes, manage support tickets, collaborate with engineering for issue resolution, and ensure customers maximize the value of our services. - Product Feedback & Growth (20%): Transform user feedback into actionable product suggestions, develop rapid prototypes, and maintain a feedback loop with the product team for continuous enhancement. - Sales & Upsell (20%): Engage in product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, identify upselling opportunities, and introduce automation in the sales pipeline. Qualifications sought: - Proficiency in AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and no-code AI stacks. - Sales-oriented mindset with proficiency in API, Zapier/Make, Retool, and light scripting. - Customer-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments. - Bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI startups, customer success, sales engineering, or product operations.
