🚀 Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Editing: Use Generative AI tools to edit, enhance, and assemble raw footage into professional, high-quality videos.
• High-Volume Production: Create at least 3 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily, ensuring speed, creativity, and precision.
• Creative Enhancement: Integrate AI-generated visuals, graphics, sound design, and effects to elevate content quality and viewer engagement.
• Technical Execution: Perform color correction, background removal, trimming, and transitions to deliver visually seamless videos.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new AI tools and creative editing styles to keep content modern and captivating.
• Collaboration: Partner with anchors, writers, and graphic designers to produce culturally relevant and high-impact Marathi content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with AI video editing trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a diverse portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and editing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as RunwayML, Descript, Veed.io, Pika, Sora, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency in traditional video editing software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
  

Language & Communication

• Fluency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent English communication skills for crafting precise subtitles and on-screen text.
