About the Role

Virtualyyst Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a multidisciplinary AI Video Designer & BOT Developer — a creative technologist who can blend Generative AI, programming logic, and visual storytelling to build next-generation digital experiences. This hybrid role goes beyond traditional video creation, combining AI-driven content design with technical understanding to contribute to BOT development and automation projects during non-production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Content Design: Create visually compelling video and image content using advanced Generative AI tools.
• BOT & Automation Support: Collaborate with developers to contribute to BOT-related projects — from conceptual understanding to basic scripting and database integration.
• End-to-End Production: Manage the complete video creation lifecycle — concept, script, storyboard, shooting plan, editing, and post-production.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop optimized prompts for AI models to enhance creativity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Programming Integration: Apply basic programming (Python/JavaScript preferred) to automate workflows, integrate tools, or customize AI model outputs.
• Database Understanding: Work with structured/unstructured data for BOT workflows, content personalization, or asset organization.
• Creative Storytelling: Script and design engaging narratives for digital marketing, social media, and branded video content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, technical, and product teams to align AI-driven storytelling with overall project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Generative AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation platforms (Runway, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of any programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
• Database Skills: Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases; understanding of data flow and integration for BOTs.

Video & Photo Editing Tools:

• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Photo: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom.
• Animation/VFX: Blender, Cinema 4D, or After Effects.

Digital Marketing Content Creation:

• Strong ability in copywriting, scripting, and ideating visual content for brand campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate across creative and technical teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual flow.
• Learning Mindset: Eagerness to explore new AI tools, frameworks, and automation possibilities.
