AI Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable AI professional to lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI tools and solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, data science, or automation technologies, coupled with experience in deploying AI-driven initiatives to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI tools and platforms relevant to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess pain points and opportunities for AI/automation.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-based solutions such as:
• Intelligent document processing
• Chatbots and virtual assistants
• Predictive analytics
• Workflow automation
• Computer vision or NLP tools
• Work with vendors or in-house teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Conduct training sessions or workshops to increase AI awareness and adoption.
• Monitor AI system performance and optimize based on feedback and results.
• Stay updated with AI trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working in AI/ML implementation, data science, or automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools/platforms such as:
• OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI/ML, Azure Cognitive Services
• RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
• Chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
• Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to bridge tech-business gap.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
