What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Voice AI Agents
  • Evaluate and analyze AI agent performance across different use cases
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to improve AI capabilities
  • Document prompt strategies and maintain performance evaluation reports
  • Research and implement latest AI prompt engineering techniques


What We're Looking For

  • Fresh Graduate with any relevant degree
  • Basic AI knowledge and understanding of machine learning concepts
  • Strong interest in latest AI technologies (LLMs, GPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL basics preferred)
  • Excellent email communication skills and professional writing ability
  • Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with Python or data analysis tools is a plus
