Opening: AI Product Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway), Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the

  product roadmap

  aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to bring features to life.
• Identify product opportunities at the intersection of GenAI, automation, and decision intelligence.
• Conduct

  user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking

  to inform product direction.
• Write clear and concise

  product requirement documents (PRDs)

  , user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform iterations.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to guide agile development cycles.
• Prioritize features, bugs, and tech improvements to balance delivery speed and quality.
• Act as the voice of the user while balancing technical constraints and business goals.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of

  hands-on Product Management experience

  , launching and iterating digital products.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and product development workflows.
• Proficient in using tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, Notion, or equivalent

  .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a working knowledge of data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Willingness to experiment with prompts or AI tools in your workflow.
