Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an AI Practice Head, primarily located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The AI Practice Head will oversee the development and implementation of AI strategies, lead AI research projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. Responsibilities include managing AI team members, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Expertise in AI and Machine Learning algorithms
Experience in Data Science and Data Analysis
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Python, R, or Java programming languages
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some remote work
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
