AI-native Full-Stack Engineer

This is a high-impact role where you will contribute to developing cutting-edge AI-powered features for a rapidly growing technology product serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development, and testing of web features and backend services using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini CLI).
  
• Build and deploy AI-powered capabilities: document processing workflows, intelligent automation, and decision-support tools.
  
• Develop REST APIs and integrate with external systems and enterprise clients.
  
• Write and maintain high-performance client and server-side code for scalable web applications.
  
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK).
  
• Contribute to architecture, design, documentation, testing, and DevOps using AI-first development practices.
  
• Implement robust testing for AI features including prompt testing, output validation, and model monitoring.
  
• Continuously improve engineering practices through RCA, monitoring, diagnostics, and adoption of new AI tools.
  
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with a strong focus on AI-led productivity.
  
• Provide on-call support for services and AI-driven workflows when required.
  

Core Requirements

• 1+ years of experience developing modern full-stack web applications.
  
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
  
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
  
• Hands-on development experience with

  TypeScript/Node.js

  (TypeScript preferred).
• Proficiency in

  React.js

  for UI development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  
• Ability to mentor, review code, and contribute to system design.
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  

AI-Native Skills (Mandatory)

• Active daily use of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
  
• Understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and API workflows.
  
• Experience handling LLM responses, errors, and edge cases.
  
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, safety principles, and data privacy.
  
• Familiarity with debugging and testing AI-driven features.
  

Good-to-Have (Optional)

• Experience with AI frameworks like

  , agentic workflow builders.
• Exposure to document processing: OCR, structured data extraction, PDF parsing.
  
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase) and semantic search.

• Understanding of model monitoring, evaluation metrics, or production ML systems.
  
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
