We are looking for a qualified and proactive Law Graduate to join our Legal & Compliance team. The role involves managing legal and fraud-related matters across multiple states where the Company operates. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour and other applicable laws. This role requires frequent travel to various branch locations for legal coordination, case follow-ups, and regulatory compliance activities.

Ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including preparation of Board/Committee agendas, minutes, and maintenance of statutory registers. Handle all MCA reporting and compliance requirements, including timely filing of necessary returns and forms. Assist with compliance under applicable regulatory requirements, including periodic filings and coordination during inspections. Liaise with consultants and authorities for registrations and renewals under labor and other applicable laws. Maintain internal records, trackers, and MIS for secretarial and regulatory compliance. Support preparation and review of legal/corporate documents as required. Travel periodically for compliance coordination, site-level documentation, and regulatory follow-ups. Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Secretarial Department, including coordination with statutory auditors, secretarial auditors, and other regulatory or compliance authorities as required
