Reports to: Founder/CEO Job Overview The AI/ML Mentor will provide advanced training and mentorship to Eduroids' students on a part-time basis, focusing on developing practical skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role involves delivering interactive sessions, curating up-to-date course content, and guiding students through real-world AI/ML challenges to prepare them for competitive careers in the field. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery: Conduct weekend training sessions covering core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and implementation using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Curriculum Development: Design and update course content to reflect current advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on projects and case studies, enabling participants to apply their knowledge to real-world AI/ML scenarios. Mentorship: Provide personalised guidance, address student queries, and assist in overcoming complex challenges in AI/ML workflows. Industry Alignment: Ensure that course material and training align with current AI/ML trends and real-world applications in diverse industries. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants’ progress through regular assessments and provide actionable feedback for improvement. Knowledge Transfer: Share real-world insights and examples to bridge theoretical knowledge and practical applications of AI/ML. Key Measures Student Progress: Track participant skill development and ensure mastery of AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows. Industry Relevance: Maintain course content that aligns with cutting-edge AI/ML advancements and practices. Feedback Scores: Achieve high satisfaction ratings from participants for quality of instruction, hands-on guidance, and mentorship. Project Completion: Ensure students successfully complete AI/ML projects, demonstrating their ability to implement models and solve problems effectively. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in AI/ML or related roles. Hands-on experience working with Fortune 500 companies is preferred. Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning and AI models in production. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R . Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow , PyTorch , Keras , and Scikit-learn . Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Familiarity with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and teaching abilities.
