Are you ready to revolutionise the manufacturing industry with the power of Artificial IntelligenceOn behalf of its client, AiSPRY is seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will develop advanced AI and machine learning solutions tailored specifically for the manufacturing sector, focusing on forecasting, sales prediction, process optimization, and AI-driven inventory management systems. Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Model Development: Design, implement, and refine machine learning models for critical applications such as sales forecasting, process performance optimization, and intelligent inventory management.
Data Mastery: Collect, preprocess, and analyse large datasets from manufacturing operations, sales history, and market trends to extract actionable insights and prepare robust data pipelines for model training.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing teams, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and usability.
Performance Optimization: Rigorously evaluate model performance using industry-specific metrics, iterating on designs to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in real-world manufacturing environments.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly as they pertain to manufacturing, and proactively suggest innovative approaches to enhance our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

Specific Requirements:

Industry Experience : Proven experience in applying AI/ML solutions specifically within the manufacturing industry, including but not limited to:
- Sales forecasting models that account for seasonality, trends, and external factors affecting demand.
- Process optimization algorithms that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance production quality.
- AI-driven inventory management systems that optimise stock levels, reduce holding costs, and prevent stockouts.
Technical Proficiency :
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong grasp of software development best practices.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and tools relevant to data analysis and visualisation (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms, particularly those applicable to time series analysis and predictive modelling.
Data Analysis Skills : Experience with data collection and preprocessing techniques, including working with structured and unstructured data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, IoT devices, and market analytics).
Soft Skills : Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical mindset, and the capacity to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications : Relevant certifications in AI/ML or data science (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are highly desirable.
