AI & Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an AI & Infra Automation Engineer to build impactful automation solutions for our clients and internal operations. You’ll leverage the latest in AI—including Amazon Bedrock—and automation tools to drive efficiency, resilience, and smarter system management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-based automation workflows for infra management, monitoring, and self-healing, using Amazon Bedrock and other leading technologies.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimise generative AI models for automation, support and solution delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust automation scripts and playbooks in Python and Ansible for scalable infrastructure deployment, configuration, and maintenance (across cloud, on-premise, hybrid ecosystems).
• Collaborate across Apps, Infra, and Cyber teams to integrate CI/CD, automation and AI capabilities into existing pipelines and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing new automation solutions, and regularly reviewing performance and resilience.
• Align automation practices with NCS Responsible AI and Cybersecurity requirements.

  A proactive, self-starter mentality with strong skills in collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
