What You Will Be Doing Create compelling, brand-consistent visual content across all touchpoints by masterfully blending traditional design expertise with cutting-edge Generative AI tools Architect and evolve a dynamic, AI-enhanced brand system that scales effortlessly while maintaining creative integrity and emotional resonance Pioneer workflow innovations that leverage AI capabilities to dramatically accelerate production cycles and unlock new creative possibilities AI Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities Drive measurable improvements in brand visibility, audience connection, and user engagement through strategically designed visual experiences across digital and physical touchpoints Basic Requirements Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with portfolio evidence of professional-grade execution Hands-on proficiency with next-generation design tools including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva AI, with examples of how you've integrated them into your workflow Proven track record delivering cohesive, high-impact design solutions across multiple channels (digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and print materials) in professional environments About IgniteTech If you want to work hard at a company where you can grow and be a part of a dynamic team, join IgniteTech! Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
