AI Generalist

Role Overview: As a founding AI Generalist at Scouto, you will play a pivotal role in redefining recruitment by leveraging an autonomous AI recruiter. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects such as operations & automation, customer success & support, product feedback & growth, and sales & upsell. Key Responsibilities: - Identify repetitive workflows and automate them using AI APIs, Zapier/Make, LangChain, or light scripting. - Manage onboarding processes, address support tickets, troubleshoot with the engineering team, and ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform. - Provide valuable insights for product enhancement by converting user pain points into actionable ideas, prototyping solutions, and collaborating closely with the development team. - Participate in product demos, address technical queries, identify upsell opportunities, and infuse automation into the sales pipeline to enhance efficiency. Qualification Required: - AINative Fluency: Demonstrates proficiency in AI tools and LLMs, prototypes automations using tools like Zapier/Make and light scripting. - Customer Empathy & Problem-Solving: Diagnose customer issues and devise effective solutions across various aspects of the product and processes. - Growth & Sales Mindset: Conduct demos, drive upgrades, and leverage consultative sales strategies. - Product & Process Thinking: Translate feedback into structured product insights, prototype scalable workflows, and enhance user experience through no/low-code solutions. - Extreme Ownership & Hustle: Take on tasks with a founder mindset, proactively fill gaps, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and thrive in ambiguous situations. - Communication Excellence: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, simplify complex AI workflows for diverse audiences, and create documentation, help articles, and product guides.
