As part of our global product company, you will build cutting-edge fintech solutions that blend AI, automation, and modern software architecture to create seamless user experiences across international markets. If you love solving complex problems, experimenting with AI-powered coding techniques, and pushing the boundaries of Java development, we’d love to meet you. What you'll do Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models Knowledge in vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store and retrieve relevant information for conversational contexts. Fine-tuning and optimization of large language models Good understanding of NLP, NLU, and NLG techniques to enhance the capabilities and performance of conversational AI. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on building and deploying conversational AI solutions. Experience in developing RAG models, working with vector databases, and fine-tuning large language models. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow. Good understanding of NLP fundamentals along with NLU/NLG techniques such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text generation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to building scalable and robust machine learning systems. Experience with OCI/AWS and related services is desirable. Why Join Us?
