Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and AI solution requirements
- Research, design, and develop AI algorithms and models to solve specific business challenges
- Implement machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Build scalable, robust AI systems capable of real-time data processing and analysis
- Optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for model training and inference
- Evaluate and benchmark AI algorithms and frameworks to determine the best approaches for various use cases
- Integrate AI components into existing systems in collaboration with software engineering teams
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability, robustness, and generalization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of professional experience developing AI solutions with a strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience using AI libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and LLM integrations is a plus
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Streamlit or Gradio is desirable
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
