AI Engineer – LegalTech Innovation (On-site Only)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and ambitious AI Engineer to join our growing team focused on building next-generation tools in the legal technology space. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll contribute to designing AI systems that solve real-world challenges at enterprise scale.

You don’t need decades of experience — just strong fundamentals, a builder’s mindset, and an obsession with learning and experimenting in the fast-moving world of AI.

What You'll Work On:

• Support the development of an

  LLM-agnostic AI system

  , enabling dynamic model selection (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source) based on task type and performance needs.
• Apply

  prompt engineering

  and multi-step orchestration techniques (e.g., Chain of Thought, ReAct, function-calling) to optimize real use cases.
• Help build systems powered by

  retrieval-based architectures (RAG)

  using FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Contribute to

  fine-tuning and instruction alignment

  for better model behavior across specialized tasks.
• Collaborate on integrating structured AI workflows into tools that assist with domain-specific reasoning and content generation.

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of experience working with AI/ML systems or LLM APIs.
• Solid Python and NLP experience, with exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with vector stores and retrieval concepts (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
• Strong interest in

  prompt design, LLM behavior, and evolving model capabilities

• Always learning — you track new papers, releases, and breakthroughs in the AI space.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on AI for document-heavy domains (legal, finance, compliance, etc.), but not required.
