About the Role

AI Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Fine-tune and customize models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, Claude, etc.) for domain-specific tasks such as summarization, reasoning, code generation, or chatbots.
• Build and optimize

  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  pipelines integrating structured/unstructured data sources.
• Implement

  prompt engineering

  ,

  context management

  , and

  knowledge retrieval

  strategies for scalable LLM performance.
• Develop and manage APIs and microservices for integrating AI capabilities into web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Optimize inference performance, latency, and token costs in production environments.
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML and NLP research to continuously improve product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 1+ years specializing in

  LLMs/NLP systems
