Role Overview

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll design and implement AI models, build intelligent algorithms, and contribute to research and production-grade AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, and other AI domains.
• Implement AI algorithms in Python and deploy them into scalable environments.
• Work closely with data engineering and software teams to integrate AI models into existing products.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for model training.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on AI research trends and innovations.
• Document processes, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI model deployment is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for innovation.
