About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer who can bridge cutting-edge machine learning with robust software engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying AI solutions into production environments. You will work across the full lifecycle — from model development to scalable deployment — ensuring solutions are secure, ethical, and reliable. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production-grade applications. 
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to operationalize AI workflows. 
• Implement guardrails and safety layers for responsible AI deployment. 
• Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency. 
• Integrate AI modules with existing enterprise systems using APIs and microservices. 
• Monitor deployed models for performance drift, bias, and security vulnerabilities. 
• Work with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments. 
• Ensure compliance with data protection, ethics, and governance standards. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience. 
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (model development, fine-tuning, deployment). 
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). 
• Experience with AI pipelines, model serving (FastAPI, Flask, MLflow, etc.), and cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex). 
• Understanding of secure AI deployment practices, including bias mitigation, privacy preservation, and API hardening. 
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ethical and explainable AI. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI guardrail frameworks (e.g., NeMo Guardrails, LangChain, or LlamaIndex). 
• Experience in CI/CD for ML, feature stores, or data versioning (DVC). 
• Contribution to open-source AI projects or publications in the field. 
• Understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
