Job Summary:
Hum ek creative video editor chahte hain jo AI tools ka use karke high-engagement short videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Shorts) bana sake. Candidate ko HeyGen (AI avatars/video generator), ElevenLabs (AI voice/text-to-speech), Filmora AI (editing & AI features), Topview/TopView.ai jese tools ka practical experience ho — aur wo trending formats, hook-based scripting aur fast turnaround samjhe.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-form videos (15–90s) ki concept/creation se leke final edit tak zimmedari.
• HeyGen/Topview jaise tools se AI avatars ya auto-generated clips banana aur unhe edit karna.
• ElevenLabs / AI TTS ka use karke high-quality voiceovers banana/modify karna.
• Filmora AI ya similar editors me color correction, captions, noise reduction, background removal, auto subtitles wagairah karna.
• Trend research — trending sounds, hooks, formats aur hashtags identify karna.
• Multiple versions banana (A/B test creatives) aur platform-specific export settings samajhna.
• Thumbnail design basic + short caption writing.
• Content calendar ke hisab se timely deliverables dena.
• Asset management: source files, raw footage, project files properly organize karna.

Required Skills

• Practical experience with: HeyGen (ya similar AI video avatar generators), ElevenLabs (or any advanced TTS/voice tools), Filmora AI (or Premiere/CapCut with AI features), TopView.ai (or other AI video editors).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling for <60s videos.
• Good knowledge of Reels/Shorts specs, aspect ratios, captions & hooks.
• Basic motion graphics & text animation skills.
• Fast editing speed, attention to detail, ability to work with voiceovers and music licensing basics.
• Portfolio of short videos (must include at least 3 AI-assisted edits).
• Communication: Hindi + English (basic) for content and client feedback.

Preferred

• Experience in creating viral/ads creatives.
• Basic scripting/copywriting for hooks.
• Familiar with analytics (watch time, retention) and optimising content based on metrics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
