Job Title: n8n Developer – Workflow Automation for Lead Generation & MarketingType / Location: Full-Time | In-Office | Mysuru Job Summary: We are hiring an n8n Developer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows that power our lead generation and digital marketing operations. n8n is a next-generation open-source workflow automation tool, and this role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in APIs, logic flows, and marketing tech tools—even if you’ve only recently started working with n8n. If you’re passionate about automating repetitive tasks and connecting systems using smart logic, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom n8n workflows to automate digital marketing and lead generation tasks. Integrate tools like Google Sheets , Gmail , LinkedIn , Meta Ads , Webhooks , CRMs , and third-party APIs into seamless automated pipelines. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate manual processes into efficient automated workflows. Manage triggers, conditional logic, loops, error handling, and retries within n8n. Document workflows clearly for future updates, reuse, and scaling. Ensure that automations are optimized for performance, reliability, and API quota management. Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pipedream, etc.). Strong understanding of REST APIs , webhooks , and JSON-based data flows . Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns, email platforms). Ability to plan logic-based workflows with decision trees, delays, loops, and parallel executions. Familiarity with using n8n cloud or setting up self-hosted n8n environments. Comfort working with variables , expressions , and error handling in automation. Proficient in reading API documentation and integrating third-party tools. Bonus Skills (Preferred): Basic knowledge of JavaScript , Python , or writing custom code nodes. Experience working with lead funnels , CRM integrations , or AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) . Familiarity with marketing workflows like lead enrichment, nurturing sequences, and retargeting setups.
