About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who can design, implement, and manage automation workflows to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in n8n and other automation tools, with the ability to research and integrate new AI solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using n8n and other platforms.

* Research and implement new AI tools to enhance business operations.

* Automate end-to-end processes across departments from lead generation and customer engagement to sales and reporting.

* Integrate CRMs, communication tools, and third-party applications for seamless operations.

* Develop automated dashboards & real-time reports for performance tracking.

* Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

* Stay updated with the latest AI & automation trends to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience with n8n (must-have).

* Strong knowledge of workflow automation and system integrations.

* Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.).

* Understanding of sales, marketing, and operational processes to design impactful automations.

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

* Basic scripting/coding knowledge for custom workflows.

* Experience with data analytics & visualization tools.

* Previous experience in automating business workflows for growing companies.
