Job Summary:

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, webinars, etc.)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients (B2C and B2B)
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to align strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Reach monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships with training institutes or colleges
  • Research and analyse market trends to identify potential growth areas


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in

    lead generation

    for an

    EdTech company

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of EdTech sales cycle and education industry trends
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in selling SAP, Salesforce, or IT-related courses
  • Exposure to international markets (especially US/UK)
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies
