Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI Solutions: Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise-scale AI and ML systems, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead AI Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conversational & Agentic AI: Build and integrate state-of-the-art Conversational AI and Agentic AI systems, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and autonomous agents.
• Model Development: Guide development and optimization of models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and other AI domains.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) best suited for various AI initiatives.
• Data Architecture & Governance: Work with data teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and support ethical and compliant use of AI/ML.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentor teams of AI/ML engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure AI systems operate efficiently at scale, optimizing for latency, throughput, and compute cost.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-16 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in AI/ML architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML fundamentals including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Transformers, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Deep expertise in architecting and deploying Conversational AI and Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with AI pipeline orchestration using tools such as Kubeflow, MLFlow, or Airflow.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Experience integrating AI into large-scale production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with agentic workflows, self-directed AI systems, and advanced orchestration techniques.
• Prior experience working in high-growth startups or enterprise R&D environments
