Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced

AI Architect

with 6–10 years of expertise to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and hands-on experience in MLOps and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Architect end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Lead the setup of MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility, drift detection, and lifecycle management.
Evaluate and select AI/ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Work closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to drive AI adoption.
Mentor ML engineers, data scientists, and developers.
Ensure compliance with data security, responsible AI, and regulatory standards.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, research, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise-level coding practices.
Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI / Azure ML.
Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of big data tools: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop.
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, algebra, optimization, and algorithms.
Experience designing scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI governance, model explainability, and responsible AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed training.
Open-source contributions, patents, or AI/ML publications.
Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering).

Soft Skills

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passionate about innovation and responsible AI practices.
